The contents of this story are somewhat fictional, but are very much based on true events, people, places, things, ideas, and feelings. This story started off as a way to get closure, then branched out in an array of directions covering many topics that I felt needed to be written about.

This story is not about hurting, but healing. It's a way to put an end to a big chapter of my life that has helped lead me to where I am now. I immortalize it here in writing, and appropriately kill it off once and for all.
